We Received An Award in the “Best Technology for Public Transport” Category at ROPAT 2022

At the ROPAT 2022 Public Transport Gala organized by the Romanian Smart City Association and hosted by the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bozankaya A.Ş. received an award in the “Best Technology for Public Transport” category with its project “Public Transport Improvement Program in Timişoara”. In the event, Bozankaya proved once again that it has become an important milestone for a sustainable public transportation system in Romania with its new generation, award-winning, high-tech trams with a range of 70 km with its battery, in the city of Timişoara.

Accepting the award on behalf of Bozankaya, our CCO and Vice President Mr. Tufan Özkan emphasized the importance of the award saying that ‘This award confirms our efforts towards helping Romanian cities align with European transportation standards. Our mission as Bozankaya is to further technologically advanced public transportation in Romania, where we believe there is a lot of potential for innovation and technological advancement, especially in this sector.
